Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PetiteSofties! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. During launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer, thank you for your patience!

Shipping rates and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35, and orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, though actual times may vary by location and carrier.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your squishy friends all the way to your door.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we're not able to reroute a package once it's on its way. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but if your order arrives damaged or something goes wrong, please reach out to us right away at petitesofties@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
