Petitesofties are soft, squishy novelty toys, the cute, squeezable kind meant to bring a little joy to your day. They're collectibles and comfort items, perfect for display, fidgeting, gifting, or just squishing when you need a smile.

🤍 Where do your products come from?
We handpick our squishies from trusted wholesale suppliers and B2B partners, choosing quality finds to pass along to you. Every item is selected with care, if we wouldn't want it on our own shelf, it doesn't make it into the shop.

🤍 How should I use and care for my squishies?
petitesofties are made for squishing, squeezing, displaying, and enjoying! To keep them in the best shape, handle them gently and keep them clean and dry. They are not food, and they are not meant to be eaten, chewed, or put in the mouth. Please keep them away from small children and pets who might try to bite or swallow them, and check the product page for any item-specific age or safety notes.

Because we carry a variety of squishies from different makers, age recommendations vary from item to item. Any applicable age guidance or safety information will be noted on the individual product page, so please check there before purchasing, especially when shopping for little ones. Some items may contain small parts or aren't intended for young children, so we always recommend adult supervision during play and keeping squishies away from infants and pets.

🤍 How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard US shipping typically takes another 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package all the way home!

🤍 How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. We currently ship within the United States only.

🤍 What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Just email us to start a return at petitesofties@gmail.com. Damaged or defective items are covered regardless of the window, and sale items and gift cards can't be returned. You can find the full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.

🤍 Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best, though we can't guarantee changes once an order is being prepared to ship. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't reroute a package once it's on its way.
